This year I have the honor of being a part of the Virtual Book Club for Kids with +Kristina Buskirk from Toddler Approved , +Cerys Parker from Rainy Day Mum, and +Kim Vij from The Educators’ Spin On It. They have hand selected 3 books to feature each month from their list of favorite authors.
Each month we will be reading one of three books selected, and creating a literacy inspired activity or craft relating to one of the featured books.
My favorite thing to do with my kiddos are literary inspired activities & crafts, I even have a whole pin board dedicated to it…
All the activities we will be sharing are perfect book extensions to enhance literacy in your home, or in a preschool, kindergarten, homeschool classroom setting.
The Virtual Book Club for Kids will be hosted on the 2nd Thursday of each Month. All the activities we will do will focus on Literacy, Math, Science, Arts and More!

This sounds fun. My daughter is in 2nd grade & really doesn’t like reading, so maybe this will get her to want to read.
