Currently my little ones are obsessed with frozen treats – so, I created this semi-healthy shake to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!
This has to be the EASIEST shake to make – and we made it two ways!
…one for daddy, V, & T.
…and one for me, miss lactose intolerant.

- Add all ingredients into the blender and blend until combined.
- optional: to thicken the mixture, stick in freezer for 30-60 minutes.
