real life wednesday: Burrito

Wednesday, August 22, 2012 6 Comments

So I decided to go with this pic for my “Real Life Wednesday” today.

And here’s why!

Although this isn’t an imperfect pic, it’s a funny non-conventional pic I want to remember.  This was my real life happening right in front of me while I was absorbed into my blogging world.  If I hadn’t stepped away from my computer and went down where the hubs & V were giggling, I would have never seen this, therefore never pulling out the camera and capturing this moment of daddy-daughter silliness burrito-style.

As part of “Real Life Wednesday” I want to remember the funny moments, the silly moments, and most definitely the imperfect moments that turn into perfect moments :)

Roll, roll, roll your burrito,

Swiftly across the floor.

Silly, silly, silly, silly,

Little V says do it once more.

That’s beautiful! I often ask hubby to watch our 2yo while I get dinner ready or some other boring chore… but I’m always drawn in by their giggles and squeals of delight and just have to be a part of it! Love this photo and the moment it records!

You and I are kindred spirits… it’s these little moments in life that could so easily get lost in the rush that we need to remember.
